How we handle the information you send us.

What the start form collects

When you use the form on Start a Conversation or Join the Firm, we collect the answers you choose, your name, your company, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. We use them to reply to you, to prepare for a call you book and to keep a record of the conversation. A principal of the firm reads every submission.

Where it is stored

Your submission is written to the firm's customer relationship management system, where it is held as a contact record with your answers attached as a note. Access is limited to the people at the firm who deal with your enquiry. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Booking calendars

If you book a call, the booking calendar embedded on the page records your name, email address, phone number if given, and the time you choose, and sends you a confirmation and reminders. The calendar is part of the same CRM, so the booking sits on the same contact record. When you book after completing the form, the details you already entered are passed to the calendar so you do not type them twice, along with the name of the page you booked from.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It reports aggregate figures and does not use cookies to follow you across other sites.

Visitor identification on some pages

Some pages of the site load a visitor-identification pixel from GetLeads, a business data provider. It can match a visit to a business, and in some cases to a person, using data GetLeads holds, so that we can see which companies are reading the site. The pixel is not loaded on Start a Conversation, Join the Firm or this notice, so it plays no part in anything you send us through the form.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers named here, who process it to run the site and the CRM for us, and where the law requires it.

Asking for your information to be deleted

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted, by emailing contact@zuvelekcapital.com or writing to Zuvelek Capital LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd Ste 207, Miami FL 33137. We will confirm when it is done. If we have to keep a record for a legal reason, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
