Tell us what brings you here, answer a few questions and pick a time that suits you. A principal reads every submission and takes the call. The call ends with a position: what we would do in your situation, and whether a process is worth starting now.

Cases where we advise against a process
Some calls end with us recommending that you not hire us. These are the common cases, so you can check them before booking.
Common Cases
- Your shareholders are not aligned
- A process only works when the people who must approve a sale agree on what they want from it. If your shareholders are split, we will say so and help settle that question first, because buyers remember a process that starts and then stalls.
- Keeping your company wins
- You may arrive ready to sell and find the numbers point the other way. Where what your business earns you as a holder beats what the market is likely to pay, we will tell you to hold, and the call ends there.
- We act for the other side
- If there is a conflict, or we are already acting on the other side of the transaction, we will decline and tell you quickly, so you lose no time finding the right adviser.
